(Beanybux.com) sets out the terms of your membership. You must read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement by marking "I Accept." If you DO NOT agree to all the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement Beanybux.com is unwilling to allow You to become a Beanybux.com Member and requires you not to register for a Beanybux.com Members Account. 1) Sending unsolicited mail to people, asking them to join Beanybux.com without any prior contact with you is not only against our policy, but it is also illegal. We have ZERO tolerance against spamming and if we receive just ONE SINGLE complaint against you for spamming, we shall first verify thoroughly that the spam incident did occur and if so then we shall delete all current funds in your account, leaving the member with a zero balance. If you are reported for a second time then we shall have the right to delete all current funds and removal of all referred members. Should receive verification of a Third Offense then we may take any and all necessary steps for terminating or suspend your account. 2) You agree and acknowledge that you will review this policy on a regular basis and you further agree that upon logging in and viewing Beanybux.com you are deemed to have reviewed and accepted the latest revisions/modifications to this membership agreement. 3) You may only have one account. Do not attempt to create more than one account or all of your accounts will be terminated. You should never need another account. Accounts are not transferable. If you have forgotten your user information all you need to do is request for it to be e-mailed to you. 4) You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different email addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing Beanybux.com account. Beanybux.com is limited to one account per household computer. 5) You will use your email address / password combination to access your account and it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential. You may change this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account Profile" link. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your Beanybux.com account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account. Any unauthorized access to your account should be reported immediately. 6) By registering with Beanybux.com, you certify that all information you provide in the registration is accurate and does belongs to you; otherwise Beanybux.com shall have the option of suspending or terminating your account. 7) We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for Beanybux.com Membership Agreement violation(s) reason, with or without warning or notice. If we decide to give a notice, we will notify you by e-mail, which was provided during the registration process. Beanybux.com will however, allow any Beanybux.com Member to appeal our decision, by contacting Beanybux.com Security Department. If any Beanybux.com Member(s) is/are caught cheating in any way, your account will be deleted with or without notice. Please note due to the proprietary nature of our monitoring system, we're not able to neither disclose any detailed information nor discuss the reason. 7-a) Beanybux.com shall suspend any Beanybux.com Member's Account after 30 days of inactivity of such account. You may contact Beanybux.com Support for reinstatement of account including Account Balance funds and referrals. 7-b) Beanybux.com shall suspend and remove all account funds and referrals of any Beanybux.com Member's Account after 60 days of inactivity of such account. You may contact Beanybux.com Support for reinstatement of account only, with all account history and referrals reset to zero. 7-c) Beanybux.com shall terminate any Beanybux.com Member's Account after 90 days of inactivity of such account. You may not request for reinstatement of account. 8) Should Beanybux.com detect any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal in the sole discretion of Beanybux.com, these actions may result in member termination and possible legal action as well as forfeiture of any earned commissions not yet disbursed to you from Beanybux.com. 9) Auto-Click/Software. If you are offering or found to be promoting or using any unauthorized third party software or services used to "auto-click", "auto-surf", "ad-alert", or circumvent or defraud Beanybux.com your account will be terminated with or without notice. Deletion or Suspension of your account due to any of these violations may result in forfeiture of all account balances. Please note legal action will also be initiated, both domestically and internationally. 10) All payments are made via AlertPay and no other payment method is being used at this time. You can request for payment once your account balance has been met. Your payment will be processed and issued via AlertPay up to 30 business days for Premium / Gold Members and up to 50 business days for Standard Members. You can only request one payment at the time. 11) All Beanybux.com Members are required to post all Beanybux.com Payouts received on Beanytalk.com (Beanybux.com Forum) or as per instructions stated by Beanybux.com Staff. 12) You must have a valid unique e-mail address and valid unique AlertPay address/account to register with our program. 13) You must use a valid email address and country to signup with Beanybux.com. You must not use a false identity, which is a form of fraud and cheating. 14) Our current pay rate is $0.01 for each website you visit and $0.01 for each website your direct referrals visit. For 1 Year Premium Members $0.0125 for each website you visit and $0.0125 for each website your direct referrals visit. For 1 & 3 Month Premium Members $0.0125 for each website you visit and $0.01 for each website your direct referrals visit. For Gold Members $0.02 for each website you visit and $0.0125 for each website your direct referrals visit. 14-a) Our current pay rate is $0.01 for each Banner Ads you visit and $0.01 for each Banner Ads your direct referrals visit. For 1 Year Premium Members $0.0125 for each Banner Ad you visit and $0.0125 for each Banner Ad your direct referrals visit. For 1 & 3 Month Premium Members $0.0125 for each Banner Ad you visit and $0.01 for each Banner Ad your direct referrals visit. For Gold Members $0.02 for each Banner Ad you visit and $0.0125 for each Banner Ad your direct referrals visit. 15) You may refer an unlimited amount of people to join the program without Spamming or other violations, but you will only earn referral income those that you have DIRECTLY referred, or purchased through Beanybux.com.. 16) Beanybux.com Purchases are to be currently payable via Alertpay or Moneybookers. 17) Beanybux.com Advertising fees are to be paid via Alertpay, Moneybookers, PayPal or E-Gold. 18) Pay-for Services offered by Beanybux.com are for a Beanybux.com Members ONLY (not including Beanybux.com advertising services)and may not be shared or features transferred. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in U.S dollars. 19) Beanybux.com shall at any time request for additional information or verification for any purchase(s), or payuut requests made. 20) By joining Beanybux.com, you agree that you shall be fully responsible for any filing of taxes that is required by your governmental authorities. Because of our worldwide, international status - we will NOT and can NOT do this for you. 21) You are not an employee of Beanybux.com and you are not an independent contractor for Beanybux.com. We simply are the middle-men connection from the advertiser to the consumer. You or Beanybux.com has the right to terminate this relationship at any time. 22) Nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and Beanybux.com. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of Beanybux.com. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned from Beanybux.com Advertisers and/or Beanybux.com. 23) Refund Policy: Fees for upgrading your membership or purchasing intangible item(s) such as referrals and or Beanybux.com Advertising are non-refundable. Aside from this, we will work with you to solve any problems you may have. 24) Charge Back Policy: Fees for upgrading your membership, referral purchase(s), advertising or purchasing intangible item(s) such as referral(s) are subject to Charge Back Fees. Should Beanybux.com receive a chargeback request or an actual chargeback from a Payment Processor, Beanybux.com will leve a $25.00 Charge Back Fee plus the original amount of purchase. Furthermore, Beanybux.com at it's discretion may suspend or terminate any Beanybux.com Membership or Advertising Account, unless brought into good standing. 25) When purchasing referrals we cannot guarantee they will be active and cannot replace inactive referrals. It may take up to 7 days for your purchased referrals to be added to your account. We do not offer refunds. 26) When purchasing Beanybux.com Premium Membership or 3 Month Beanybux.com Premium Membership please note it may take up to 7 days for your purchased membership to be reflected on your account. We do not offer refunds. 27) When purchasing Beanybux.com Advertising please note it may take up to 2 days for your purchased advertising to be reflected on Beanybux.com Surf Ads Page or Banner Ads Page. We do not offer refunds. 28) THIRD PARTY WEB SITES: Beanybux.com may now, or hereafter from time to time, contain links to third-party web sites. We do not control, investigate, monitor or check such web sites, we are not responsible for the computer programs available from, content in or opinions expressed at such web sites, and we do not investigate, monitor or check. We provide such third-party links only as a convenience to visitors of the site, and the inclusion of a link does not imply approval or endorsement of the linked site by us.
